Retailers can view the goods received by them, payments made and credit availed. Last mile delivery agents can see the credit owned by retailers. Distributors and stockists can view all the inventory, manage it and also maintain the ledger.

This App can be downloaded and used by head office, branch head, cashiers, agents and customers.

Customer Module – Registered bank customers for daily deposit / agent banking can download the app and can see all their transactions in the app. Customers also receive SMS after depositing money with the agent.

Agent Module – A variety of features has been provided in the App for Agents. They can Add Money to the customer's account. They can see and download statements of each customer. They can see and download their own statement, see service requests raised by customers..

Cashier Module – They can see the details of all the agents in their branch and the collection made by each agent. They can perform EOD to update the balance in the CBS. They can manage customers for each agent by adding or deleting customers..

Branch Head Module – They can see a summary of all the transactions done by all the agents from their branch. Additionally, they can add or remove agents..

Head Office Module – They can see a summary of all the branches, add or remove branches and can see customer complaints.
Yes, the App is compatible with any CBS. Currently the App is designed to be compatible with the PCTX and PCRX files of all the cooperative banks linked with the OSCB (Odisha State Cooperative Bank). Minor customizations can be done to make the App compatible to synchronise with the API of any CBS.
Currently the App allows 6 active accounts per customer. This can be reduced or increased as per the requirement.
No, the app is designed only for Android phones. Upcoming versions of the App will be made available in the Apple App Store.
No, this App can be directly downloaded without any permissions or formalities.
No, the App is built in a secured platform where all your data is stored in the bank’s server. For more details, refer to the privacy policy of the bank.

You need to have a proper Wifi or data connection to use this App. But for a depositor to get an SMS update, no data plan is required.
No, we don't charge any fee for using this mobile daily deposit App.
How much you deposit in a day depends on your scheme. But you will not be able to vary the deposit amount (by paying more or less) that you have agreed to deposit while joining the scheme.
Since this is a digitized process, all the transactions will be updated within seconds to the bank server, the customer’s bank account as well as to the agents App.
